    • The Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (OFSTED) in the United Kingdom has released a new survey that finds that Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities (NLDC) projects are bringing communities together, and providing educational, training and job opportunities for those who are most disadvantaged.
