Effective professional development
We talk with Dr. Susanne Owen, an independent educational consultant and researcher, about her research into professional development programs and how schools can deliver maximum benefit for teachers.
Dr. Owen conducted research into teacher learning and professional growth in schools in Australia and overseas as part of her doctoral work. She continues research into the teacher workforce for the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) and the Australian College of Educators.
