What are edna's Vocational Education and Training (VET) Themes?

edna's VET themes are structured as two broad areas - Teaching and Learning in VET and Business and Industry - which feature fortnightly through the year.  Under these themes are pages which provide resources and information about these themes.

Teaching and Learning in VET

The Teaching and Learning in VET theme covers information and resources about teaching and learning practice in VET. It will include teaching and learning practice; e-learning resources and tools; e-learning methodology; assessment; and Recognition of Prior Learning. 

Business and Industry

The Business and Industry theme is based on industry classifications as described by the Australian Bureau of Statistics, 1292.0 - Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification (ANZIC), 2006 Divisions. Themes will include Mining, Manufacturing, Electricity, Gas and Water Supply, Construction, Wholesale trade, Retail Trade, and Accommodation, Cafes and Restaurants.
