Do lessons in your home -- when it's convenient and you have time!
Both Mail-based and Web-based lessons consist of a workbook, instructional video, and
assignment questions. Choose between doing the lessons at your computer
or having the video and workbook sent in the mail. Completed assignments
are returned by mail or sent electronically to Better Kid Care for review
by an early childhood instructor. Participants are sent a certificate upon successful completion of each lesson.

Mail-Based - Receive educational material (video, workbook and coupon for one free review of assignments) in the mail with instructions to mail back assignments for review.
Web-Based - Online access to educational materials with instructions to electronically submit assignments for review.
Residents outside Pennsylvania can participate by submitting out-of-state order form.
Better Kid Care Distance Education Programs qualify for the following standards:  PA Department of Public Welfare professional development Keystone STARS professional development Child Development Associate (CDA) credential hours Continuing Education Units (CEUs) Act 48 hours for certified educators
