Bilateral, Multilateral and Regional Agreements and Arrangements: In accordance with Article 11 of the Basel Convention Parties shall notify the Secretariat of any bilateral, multilateral or regional agreements or arrangements which they have entered, for the purpose of controlling transboundary movements of hazardous wastes and other wastes which take place entirely among the Parties to such agreements.Additional information concerning national legislation can be obtained from the ECOLEX portal, which is an information service on environmental law jointly operated by FAO, IUCN and UNEP.
