To support the monitoring and evaluation of programs a toolkit for the three diseases has been developed by a wide range of institutions. The purpose of the toolkit is to provide in one place the "essentials" of agreed upon best practice as well as references to key materials and resources. You will find descriptions of the major indicators, how they fit into general monitoring and evaluation, and frequently asked questions and answers. The toolkit has been updated in a Second Edition of January 2006. |

Measuring the Systems Effects of the Global Fund |
