The Trillium Group

The Trillium Group is an Australian Alternative Dispute Resolution firm specialising in professional development training and dispute resolution services.  The Trillium Group is the Australian branch of the Stitt Feld Handy Group.

Training

The Trillium Group conducts four-day public workshops on alternative dispute resolution (mediation and negotiation skills), and two-day courses on dealing with difficult people.  Our Alternative Dispute Resolution workshops are conducted in joint venture with top Australian Universities and participants receive a University Certificate upon completion.  We use an interactive approach, as participants learn by doing rather than by listening to lectures.  We strive to give our workshop participants the skills and confidence to Expect Success.

We have trained over 17,000 people in mediation, negotiation and communication skills worldwide.  Our workshops are conducted in Australia, North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

"The experimental learning activities were an excellent opportunity to develop skills. I feel I have developed skills that will be imperative in improving my day-to-day work."
