Antarctica Collection - Stock Photos

Spectacular icebergs and glaciers around the Antarctic peninsula as well as Antarctic marine life such as penguins. whales, and seals make up this collection of images taken during travel to Antarctica during its short summer that occurs from Dec-March. Many of these images were taken beyond the Antarctic circle where most tours to the continent don't venture. Several of these photos are from 4 x5 transparencies and have exceptional detail.

Penguins Main species featured here are Chinstrap, Adelie, and Gentoo. Interesting photos of nesting birds as well as chicks. Perfect for note cards or when humorous imagery is needed.

Landscapes Massive mountain peaks and glaciers make up the scenery in Antarctica. We were fortunate to have great light as we went through the famous Lemere Channel.

Marine Life Humpback whales are plentiful and you'll find some ineresting shots of seals as well here.
