ACFID Code of Conduct

The ACFID Code of Conduct defines standards of best practice for international development organisations and represents the active commitment of its signatories to conduct their activities with integrity and accountability. There are currently 110 signatories to the Code of Conduct.

16 days against gender violence logo

16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence

This annual international campaign was first observed in 1991. It runs between November 25, International Day Against Violence Against Women and December 10, International Human Rights Day. Since 1991, over 2,000 organisations in approximately 154 countries have participated in the 16 Days Campaign. The theme for the 16 Days Campaign 2008 is 'Human Rights for Women ‹—› Human Rights for All: UDHR60'.
